21 for 2021: The Goals List

It is April and I am still following habits and working towards goals. A personal record. All it took was a global pandemic that forced me to stay at home for months on end to achieve some new years resolutions. Because I’ve made it this far, and I’m actually making progress, I figure it’s safe to publicise the list without setting myself up for too much disappointment when I review at the end of the year. I’ll try and write a post for every one of these, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

  1. Buy a house
  2. Read 12 books
  3. Weigh 50kg
  4. Run 500km
  5. Floss 100 times
  6. Journal 150 pages
  7. Meditate daily for 6 consecutive weeks
  8. Drink 365l of water
  9. Do the splits
  10. Under 2000hrs of phone use
  11. 10k in savings
  12. 150 photos I’m proud of
  13. 15k xp on Duolingo
  14. Go out 25 times
  15. Try 100 different drinks
  16. Go to the cinema alone
  17. Do a handstand
  18. Don’t buy any new clothes
  19. Don’t cut hair
  20. Add 2 new portfolio projects
  21. Stay in touch with people

Each of these pages has a page in my planner and I am diligently filling it in every night before bed. I’ve made dents in my 30 before 30 goal list too.

Four months and still paying attention to my planner. The world truly is ending.
